Any investigator who is employed by a racing commission, racing board, racing authority, racing association, the Thoroughbred Racing Protective Bureau, or a local, county, state or federal law enforcement agency having the responsibility for investigating and enforcing pari-mutuel racing rules and laws, may apply for a yearly active membership.

A membership application is required to be a member of ORI. Membership may be individual or by agency. You must be a member to attend the annual ORI training conference and to be listed in the active membership directory.
